As Sales & Project Support, you play a key role in the preparation, follow-up and completion of our projects. Thanks to your expertise and proactivity, our projects run smoothly from quotation to invoicing. . Every change is an opportunity for you. Every last-minute request an opportunity.

What to expect

  • You start from plans, specifications and measurements to draw up correct and competitive offers
  • Once received, you translate our offer into practice. You order the necessary materials and products, discuss the planning of our installers and prepare the site from A to Z
  • You work closely with the Area Supervisor of your region and together you know how to set the right focus and priority between the different projects
  • You draw up an efficient and clear site schedule that adapts to the changing needs and additional demands of our clients
  • You are responsible for the delivery of the file, maintain good contacts with our customers and ensure smooth and timely preparation for invoicing
  • You are not satisfied until our clients are satisfied and think of KBS for their next project

 

  • You are accurate and have strong analytical skills
  • You have experience in project-based work and have an affinity with technology
  • You are flexible and feel comfortable in a hands-on and practical environment
  • You work independently, proactively and enjoy communicating with our installers, suppliers and customers
  • You have a driving licence B (or BE)
  • You speak and write Dutch fluently. Knowledge of English and French are certainly an extra asset
