Project Supervisor

As Project Supervisor, you will take charge and manage our largest and most complex construction sites and projects. You are the first point of contact for our employees, subcontractors and clients. You will be given full autonomy to achieve the growth of KBS in your market segment.

What to expect

  • As your clients’ permanent contact person, you build lasting relationships and you are the first person they think of when they need advice on passive fire protection
  • You take care of the overall project management on the larger and more complex sites, communicating proactively with all stakeholders. You consult with the (end) client, our partners and our technical experts and installers
  • You can count on the support of our back-office colleagues for project preparation, planning and administrative follow-up
  • For technical expertise, you can rely on the many years of experience that we at KBS Systems have built up in our Academy
  • You will check the works against the technical requirements and ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with them
  • You respect agreed deadlines, maintain an overview of ongoing projects and communicate proactively if internal or external factors threaten to become an obstacle
  • You are an ambassador for KBS Systems and combine commercial flair with people skills and decisivenes

 

  • You feel at home in a construction and installation environment, but it is your project management skills and commercial expertise that set you apart from other candidates. Your analysis is sharp. Your organization is tight
  • You are communicatively strong, show decisiveness and professionalism. You are flexible and you adapt your communication seamlessly to your interlocutor. Whether this is the Project Manager of an international player, the buyer of a multinational or the contractor’s site manager
  • You manage your own agenda with full autonomy and are flexible when starting up or following up large projects that sometimes fall outside office hours
  • You have a driving licence B (or BE)
  • You speak and write Dutch, French and English fluently so that you can be deployed all over Belgium and can also take on international challenges
