Calculator (NL/FR)

As a Calculator, you will be responsible for handling all price enquiries for new customers, preparing the quotation and maximising our commercial opportunities. Through your proactivity and commercial drive, you will respond to our customers' queries and boost new sales.

What to expect

  • You handle all new contests that come in through our marketing campaigns and colleagues from A to Z
  • With your commercial skills, you take the lead in the contact with the customer and make sure you get the decision-maker around the table with the customer
  • Together with the General Manager, you draw up the framework contracts for existing and new customers and assist in the negotiations
  • You apply the technical expertise of our Academy to make well-considered proposals to our customers
  • Based on the defined industries and segments, you help determine the marketing campaigns (online/offline)
  • With a real winner’s mentality, you take care of customer contact until the order is placed
  • You are responsible for keeping the CRM database up to date
  • You discuss your technical issues with the Technical Centre of KBS.
  • You are not satisfied until our clients are satisfied and think of KBS for their next project

 

  • You are a winner and a go-getter. You get your energy from prospecting and intensive customer contact
  • You have experience in project-based work and have an affinity with technology
  • You are flexible and feel comfortable in a hands-on and practical environment
  • You work independently, proactively and enjoy communicating with customers
  • You have a driving licence B
  • You speak and write Dutch and French fluently. Knowledge of English is definitely an asset
